This page explains how to delete your Blocade account and the data associated with it. Blocade is developed and operated by Francis Chukwuma, an individual developer.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your device:
Open Blocade.
Go to More → Settings → Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer open the app — for example you changed phones or uninstalled Blocade — email support@playblocade.com and ask us to delete your account. So we can find the right account, please send your request from the email address you used with Sign in with Apple or Google, or include your in-app username. We will confirm and complete the deletion, usually within a few days and no later than 30 days.
What we delete
When you delete your account we permanently remove the data tied to it, including:
Your account identifier and profile (username, avatar, country).
Your rating, statistics, match history and game reviews.
Friends, tournament records and leaderboard entries.
Any Sign in with Apple or Google link, and the email address that provider gave us.
What may be retained
We may keep a limited amount of data after deletion where the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse — for example, records of purchases and refunds needed for tax and accounting. This is kept only as long as required and is not used to re-identify you.
Aggregated or anonymised analytics that can no longer be linked to you are not deleted.
Your subscription itself is managed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription — cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings to stop future charges.
