When you write in, it helps to include your device (for example, "iPhone 14, iOS 18"), your app version (More → Settings → Legal & Support), and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are welcome.

Your account and progress
Blocade signs you in automatically with an anonymous account, so there is no username or password to remember. A few common requests:

Back up your account. On iPhone and iPad you can link Sign in with Apple so your rating and progress are safe. Tap the backup prompt when it appears, or go to More → Settings. Apple lets you hide your real email behind a private relay if you prefer.

Move to a new phone / recover progress. On your new device, use Sign in with Apple with the same Apple ID to restore the account you backed up. If you did not link Sign in with Apple before switching devices, email us and we will do our best to help.

Change your display name. Open Profile → Edit Profile and pick a new name. Names are filtered for safety.
•
Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app: More → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This cannot be undone. If you can no longer open the app, email support@playblocade.com and we will delete your data for you.
Blocade Plus, purchases, and billing
Blocade is free to play. Blocade Plus is an optional subscription. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details.

Restore a purchase. If you reinstalled or switched devices, open More → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases, signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with.

Manage or cancel. Subscriptions are managed through your store account. Use More → Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or manage it directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the current period ends.

Refunds. Refunds are issued by Apple or Google, not by us. Request one through the store where you purchased. If something looks wrong on our side, email us and we will look into it.
Safety and fair play
We want Blocade to be a friendly place to play. If someone is behaving badly:
•
Report a player from inside a match, or from their profile. Reports are reviewed and acted on.
•
Block a player so you are no longer matched with them.
•
Display names are automatically filtered, and chat uses a fixed, safe phrase set.

Found a bug or have an idea? We genuinely want to hear it. Email support@playblocade.com with what you were doing when it happened, your device, and your app version (More → Settings → Legal & Support). Reproduction steps and screenshots help us fix things faster.
Privacy and your data
We collect the minimum needed to run the game and never sell your data or show third-party ads. To access, correct, export, or delete your data, the most reliable route is the device where you are signed in (More → Settings → Account → Delete Account), or email support@playblocade.com.
